We are a local Australian farming family who have come to the conclusion that there is a better way to produce and distribute food. We are proud of our natural approach to everything we produce.
Conventional meats and grains are often nutrient poor, lacking in taste and loaded with toxins that affect your health over time.
In our organic lamb, beef and grains (wheat, oats, rye, triticale, barley and spelt), the high mineral and nutrient density of our foods not only equals 'health', it also equals 'flavour'.
Our pastures and grains are completely free of all harmful chemicals. We use our own unique brand of certified organic fertilizer, which we have available for sale, and we do extensive research and testing. Our attention to detail ensures that our soils have the correct mineral and biological balance. This is why our organic lamb and beef, and our grains, are so delicious.

We want organic foods to be affordable. We aim at our prices being equivalent to what you would pay in an ordinary supermarket. By distributing direct from our farm to your door, or to a store local to you, we do away with the 'middle men', and you receive your products fresher.
In conventional food distribution chains, meat may change hands two or three times and, along the way, be frozen once or even twice. In the end, the product suffers, and the consumer pays more for an inferior product.
We believe that modern retail networks can also 'distance' the farmer from the consumer. The farmer may no longer feel answerable to the consumer, or feel as able to respond to the consumer's needs as he would like.
